SAFETY DISCLAIMER:

All products created and sold through BA Originals are sold with the understanding that safety is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items sold may contain small pieces and therefore are not meant to be given to any unsupervised child under the age of 8. Items such as jewelry are sold with the expectation that they are for decorative use only and may pose a choking hazard if misused. All parts used in the packaging and shipping of purchased items are also not intended for children.

TERMS OF DELIVERY:

All products and orders placed and  sold through BA Originals will be shipped as per the sales agreement. From time to time, there will be offers and discounts that may be automatically applied at checkout. Some offers and promotions will need a discount code in order to receive the savings. Any offers that will need code redemption will state so. Completed transactions may be given a "made to order" transaction (in the event there may be custom requests or sizing). Some orders may be completed with items currently in stock. Please allow 7-10 business days to complete transaction as well as sufficient time for shipping purposes. Please be aware that BA Originals does not take responsibility for order delays as a result of delivery issues with Canada Post or any other authorized mail distributor. In the event that an order is not received by customer/lost due to shipping error, BA Originals will investigate each case and determine the appropriate action to take. In most cases, products will be replaced with no extra charge to the customer. Any false claims made in regards to receipt of product will be investigated and if fraudulence is proven, BA Originals may follow through with legal recourse if necessary.
